This notice is governed by the laws of Ireland. If you have any concern about privacy at Right Price Rentals, please send a thorough description to info@rightpricerentals.ie and we will try to resolve it.

Our business changes constantly and our Privacy Notice will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our website frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

Section 9. Payment return policy

Payments taken via our website for any property is only refundable if the transaction is not fully completed and keys to the property in question are NOT exchanged. All deposits taken via the website will be returned fully in 28 days from the requested refund date. All deposit refunds paid via our website are to be requested by email info@rightpricerentals.ie

Information You Give Us

You provide most of such information when you search, buy, post, participate in a contest or questionnaire or communicate with customer services. For example, you provide information when you search for a property through Right Price Rentals or one of our third-party partners, communicate with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise, complete a questionnaire or a contest entry form, employ other personal notification services such as Right Price Rentals RSS Alerts. As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as your name, address and phone number etc.

Automatic Information

Examples of the information we collect and analyze include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, login, e-mail address, computer and connection information such as browser type and version, your operating system and platform, purchase history, which we sometimes aggregate with similar information from other customers to create features the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), through and from our website (including date and time), cookie number and products/vehicles/editorial you viewed or searched for.

What Choices Do I Have?

As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase or to take advantage of such Right price rentals features.
