Patrick McCann is the Managing Director of Right Price Rentals both in Ireland and Great Britain. Patrick started his property career in 2001 selling overseas property and made his name within this sector when he introduced the Cape Verde islands to Ireland and the UK and put them on the map. Patrick’s success then continued when he opened up Patrick McCann property Group Ltd in 2005. Within this group Right Price Rentals was born. Due to the slow down in Ireland in 2006-07 Patrick moved the company to the south east of England were the company has grown year on year.

Mr.Chris Craddock (National Director)

Chris Craddock is our National Director and also holds the position of Senior Letting Agent for Co.Cavan.Chris has successfully ran a number of businesses in Dublin. Chris moved to Cavan in 2006 and brough with him years of experience with the customer service and sale sector. Chris would describe himself as a good listener and that no challenge is to big. Chris can help Landlords/Tenants find what they are looking for with the minimum of Hassle. Chris is extremely reliable and has excellent communication skills and looks forward to helping you in any way he can.

Mr.John Macnulty (Regional Manager)

John MacNulty is our regional manager for Northern Ireland and also holds the position of senior Negotiator in Co.Donegal. John studied business in college.He has over ten years experience from the retail customer base background in which he ran three convience stores. "As a result i am very customer focused, i will offer a top class service to make sure the tenant/landlords needs are very well catered for at all times".John understands the needs of both Landlords and tenants very well and looks forward to working with you soon.
