Set up in 2006 in Ireland Patrick moved the company overseas to the south east of England due to the down turn in the Irish property market. In 2007 Right Price Rentals opened its first office in Maidstone, Kent and appointed Mr Liam Diss Senior Lettings Director in the UK. Liam's Back round expanding over 9 years in the lettings market in England working for the biggest property company in the world "Country wide residential". Liam now oversees all 7 offices and 11 staff in the south east of England as well as running the Maidstone branch.

The company was created with a goal to provide the Irish and UK's Lettings market with a simple, cost-effective solution for both Landlords and Tenants whilst still giving the level of professionalism needed within the Lettings industry.
